Chef Paul - Born 1972 in the cosy city of Neuss along the Rhine river in Germany, the love of good food lead him to his early culinary career at the tender age of 17. Changing from school bench to oven during his apprenticeship as chef turned out to be a good move and was awarded with the best young chef award in 1993.
After completing his German Army duty, Chef Paul’s hunger for more experience brought him to exciting new destinations of his food journey. Germany, Switzerland, Spain, onboard a private yacht, UK and USA. He reached the shores of Malaysia just before the year 2000 and still enjoys the unique Asian cuisine up until today.
